Program Objectives:

Boost confidence in leading and inspiring top talent effectively

Refine communication and feedback methods for better outcomes
Develop coaching skills to foster greater accountability and performance in your team
Identify your team’s workstyle and learn how to leverage their key strengths

Program Format:

10-month program, including:

5 group sessions (in-person, 1/2 day each)
5 individual coaching sessions (virtual, 45 minutes each)
1 discovery session with your team (virtual, 60 minutes)
Subscription to a cutting-edge talent optimization platform (12 months)

Investment:

$780 per month during the program, plus $1,300 deposit. GST will be added.

Minimum of 1 year in business
Referral from a program graduate or facilitator
Successful completion of the program application

What is the Amplify program?

It's an opportunity to elevate your knowledge and skills alongside fellow business owners while receiving individualized support to achieve your unique goals.

What is the cost of the Amplify program?

The program fees are divided into payments of $780 per month. The payments begin in the first month of the program and end in the last month. In addition, there is a $1,300 deposit due upon acceptance into the program.

What is the process to join the Amplify program?

Some of the most powerful learning moments occur during high-calibre group discussions on meaningful and timely topics. To foster this experience, participation in this program is by application only.
