Join a small, select group of business owners to strengthen your leadership skills and impact. This program is designed to reduce the guess-work in daily and strategic decision-making. You’ll receive access to a talent optimization platform and develop expertise to amplify success in your organization.
Program Objectives:
- Boost confidence in leading and inspiring top talent effectively
- Enhance self-awareness about your leadership style and impact
- Refine communication and feedback methods for better outcomes
- Develop coaching skills to foster greater accountability and performance in your team
- Identify your team’s workstyle and learn how to leverage their key strengths
Program Format:
10-month program, including:
- 5 group sessions (in-person, 1/2 day each)
- 5 individual coaching sessions (virtual, 45 minutes each)
- 1 discovery session with your team (virtual, 60 minutes)
- Subscription to a cutting-edge talent optimization platform (12 months)
Investment:
$780 per month during the program, plus $1,300 deposit. GST will be added.

Eligibility:
- Founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners
- Company size of 3 to 30 employees
- Minimum of 1 year in business
- Referral from a program graduate or facilitator
- Successful completion of the program application
